EXPRESSING OBLIGATION When we speak to express obligation we must consider that we can use several structures.
Example: • I have to wash my car today. • I have to go to the doctor tomorrow.
To express obligation we can use the verbs 'must' and 'have to', as shown below:
• I must wash my car today. • I have to go to the doctor tomorrow.
The verbs 'have to' and 'must' express that something is obligatory or necessary. We may also use the verb 'need to' to indicate obligation, as in the following sentence:
• I (do not) need to go to the doctor tomorrow.
MUST works like any modal, ie used according to the structure of manners.

When we speak to express obligation we must consider that we can use several structures.
Example:
• I have to wash my car today.
• I have to go to the doctor tomorrow.
To express obligation we can use the verbs 'must' and 'have to', as shown below:
• I must wash my car today.
• I have to go to the doctor tomorrow.
The verbs 'have to' and 'must' express that something is obligatory or necessary.
We may also use the verb 'need to' to indicate obligation, as in the following sentence:
• I (do not) need to go to the doctor tomorrow.
MUST works like any modal, ie used according to the structure of manners.
MODAL VERB + SUBJECT + VERB + HOME REST OF SENTENCE
• I have to study English.
• I must study Inglés.
HAVE TO is considered a semi-modal, since the structure is not manners. The 'have to' is conjugated like any other verb.
SUBJECT TO HAVE + + + MAIN VERB PHRASE REST
• (No) I study English.
• I (do not) Have to study Inglés.
The verb 'have to' expresses external obligation (imposed by others), while 'must' expressed need or internal obligation (born speaker).
NEED TO is not a modal, as it needs of the subsidiary for its formation. It can be used in the affirmative, negative or interrogative. However, there is a way, which is only used in negative, which is the modal "Need not '.
• I Need not bring anything to the party.
• The verb 'have to' is conjugated like any verb in the present simple, that is, we need to put the third person ('you have to') or auxiliary ('do / does') to form the interrogative and negative.
• Although the modal 'must' usually indicates an internal obligation (born speaker), this modal is used to express strong obligation on posters or signs.
• Remember that the modal 'must' can not be used in past or future, so we need the verb 'have to' to indicate obligation or necessity in these times.

Mexico is facing a poverty situation in which the government makes more reform's and as a result, it generates higher sots in several indispensable things for people in general.
The government's man idea is to create a working area but general, I see people with out a job more people in the streets or searching things to survive.
The animal's case is a very important detail. The main cause of the abandonment an abuse, is that the human think the're creatures whit out feelings
I don't agree in abandonment a responsibility because the are as an other living creature.
In my opinion in the way the government makes reforms for benefit at the Nation, it should make reforms the protect the animals.
If you ask me, in my point of view, first of all the Mexican people must be united to grow and despite of the problems we mustn't give up as a society.

Officially extinct was declared the cloudy leopard the Taiwan. After 13 years is a search not achieved find trail any of these cats.
For years has sought in recent least explored corners of the island, in charge of ratifying extinction. There little chance that the clouded leopard still exists in Taiwan. At most there may be some, but not enough to continue the species.
What is certain is that the clouded leopards that inhabit the forests of Southeast Asia are a species threatened with extinction. These cats have been difficult to study because they usually hide and leads a solitary life.
The clouded leopard in Taiwan has been officially extinct due to the high demand for their fur accessories like boots and coats, is sad to see how far we have come as humans.

Alba: but that is wrong, we are governed by laws that we must follow, like it or not.
Alexander: first of all, I would like to give my opinion on this debauchery
Alba: okay, tell me.
Alexander: one of the characteristics qye as you had mentioned, was that you can do whatever you want without anyone saying anything and hand, and is a common feature of life in society. Today no one respects laws. For example, in the clubs, allowed to pass girls of twelve or thirteen, when it is supposed to seniors.
Alba: Well, on the second point, you're right, and sometimes freedom and debauchery come to confuse you. But let me tell you, that a characteristic is more of freedom is a state in which man is not being enslaved. But as I said, you are mistaken as "free" and do what you want them without taking plasca responsibilities.
Alexander: there is, as part of the freedom to act according to his own will can end up wasting our freedom. Then follow rules for serving if you can lose your freedom?
